Your multivitamin can come in many shades of gold. Our soy-free Vitamin E, a nutrient that provides antioxidant support against free radicals, comes from Buenos Aires, Argentina and can have natural, seasonal color variability from lot to lot.*

What kind of testing do you do?

Each batch is tested for identity, purity, strength, & composition, so we can be sure that what’s on the label is what’s in the capsules. We also use a 3rd party lab to test each batch for heavy metals, microbes, allergens, and other contaminants.

Who should take Essential Postnatal and for how long?

The postpartum period is commonly defined as the time from birth up to 6 months post-birth. We recommend Essential Postnatal to women for 6 months after giving birth or for as long as they plan to breastfeed or pump.*

What’s the difference between Essential Postnatal and Essential Prenatal?

Essential Postnatal is formulated with Vitamin A, Vitamin C, and Zinc, which aren’t in Essential Prenatal. It’s also aligned with the Recommended Daily Allowance for Iron in lactating women with 8mg and 200 mcg of Iodine per serving.
