1.Why is the color of the received curtain different from the color shown in the advertisement?

Linen blend pinch pleat curtain contains linen material. Due to the different lighting conditions and display screens, the color of the linen may vary slightly. There may also be minor color differences between production batches. It's unavoidable.

2.How is the light-blocking and privacy protection ability of the curtain?

Our semi-sheer curtain can effectively weaken strong light and soften the lighting. During the day, the outline of the room can be seen, the details are blurred.When the lights are on at night, it is adverstied to pair it with an inner lining.

3. Why is the length of the curtain different from what was advertised?

Due to the measurement method or the extensibility of the material, there may be a reasonable error of 1-2 cm in the size of the curtain. Before purchasing, please refer to the "Pinch Pleated Curtains Size Guide" diagram.

4. Does the curtain need to be ironed separately?

The linen blend material may develop creases during transportation.They usually disappear after hanging.If you need to flatten it quickly, you can use a steam iron with a cloth cover (do not exceed 302℉).

5. What is included in a single package? Is it easy to install/hang?

The package includes: 2 panels of curtains and 18 adjustable hooks. If you have installation problems, please refer to the "Adjustable Hooks Usage Flow" diagram.
